World Youth Day / Magis 2011
The next World Youth Day and Magis (the Ignatian pre-WYD program) will take place in Spain August 5-21, 2011.
Fr. Phil Hurley, S.J., is to be the Jesuit Conference Coordinator for Magis-WYD 2011. He will facilitate preparation, communication, and collaboration among pilgrim groups from Jesuit institutions around the U.S. in the lead-up to the two events. He is the youth and young adult director for the national office of the Apostleship of Prayer and is part of the international consulting team helping to plan the Magis 2011 events.
