There are two realms in which we live; here on earth where the "kingdom" is not fully lived nor has it fully been realized in all creation AND the kingdom for which we are destined hopefully. While in this world what we sow has consequences. Osama has received the consequences (and rightly so) of what he has exemplified by his life here on earth. What his ultimate intentions of the heart are, we do not know presently. Jesus paraphrased that "we shall know them by their fruits." We have known Osama by his "fruits."
