An Ignatian Examen of Jesuit Education for the 21st Century, 2020 Vision is a forward-looking research project commemorating the 30th anniversary of the JSEA. It explores the intellectual, spiritual, and moral challenges for the Jesuit High Schools of the 21st Century. Unit 3 outlines the qualities of Ignatian leadership under five headings: Animating the Ignatian Vision, Caring for Individuals, Modeling Christian Leadership, Building Community and Fostering Collaboration, and Discerning the Way of Proceeding.
